Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Bermuda kept short in summer, ryegrass kept lush in winter. Same crew, same morning every week.

Weekly or bi-weekly cuts dialed to the season — Bermuda dropped to scalp height in March before the overseed transition, ryegrass kept at 2.5–3 inches through the cool months. Sharp blades every visit, edged borders, and walks blown clean before we leave.

Starts at $45 · per visit

  • Edging & Trimming

Sharp lines along stamped concrete, stucco walls, and decomposed-granite borders — and string-trim around every saguaro and palm trunk.

Power-edged borders that hold their line, trim work around the citrus trees, palm skirts, and DG bedlines a mower cannot touch, and a final pass with the blower so nothing carries onto the patio or pool deck.

Starts at $30 · per visit

  • Desert-Bed Maintenance

Hand-pull weeds out of decomposed granite, refresh DG depth, prune lantana, sage, and bougainvillea at the right time.

Hand-pulled weeds out of DG (no broadcast spraying near edibles or play areas unless you ask), seasonal pruning timed to each plant — bougainvillea after bloom, lantana hard-cut in February, sage shaped, never sheared — and a granite top-up to keep beds tight and weed-suppressed.

  • Seasonal Cleanups

Post-monsoon palm-frond and debris haul-out, and a February reset before everything wakes back up.

Two cleanups built around the AZ calendar. After monsoon: haul-out of fallen palm fronds, mesquite seed pods, blown-in storm debris, and a re-edge of every bed. February reset: hard-cut frost-bit lantana, prune sage and bougainvillea, freshen DG, prep the irrigation timer for the heat.

Starts at $220 · per visit

  • Drip & Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Fix the cracked emitter on the bougainvillea, replace the head you keep meaning to call about, and reset the timer for the season.

Drip-line repairs (the line crushed under the gravel, the emitter the dog chewed off), broken-line patches, sprinkler head replacements, controller programming for AZ seasons, and a walk-through with you to make sure every tree and shrub is actually getting water.

  • Tree Trimming

Palm skirting, mesquite thinning, citrus shaping — done at the right time of year so the tree heals and not just looks better for a week.

Palm-skirting and seed-pod removal once a year, mesquite thinning in winter dormancy so the tree does not bleed sap, citrus shaping after fruit-set so we keep the harvest. We do not top trees and we do not over-lift palms.

Starts at $150 · per visit

  • Decomposed Granite & Mulch

½-inch DG, gold-fines, or hardwood mulch — installed at the right depth so the bed reads clean from the street.

Bulk-delivered DG (½-inch screened, gold-fines, or rose-pink Apache Brown depending on the look you want), spread to consistent depth, raked smooth, edged tight to the lawn or border. Hardwood mulch on the citrus and shaded beds where DG would bake the roots.

  • Pavers & Hardscape Touch-Ups

Re-set the heaved paver, top-up polymeric sand, repair the joint that is letting weeds through.

Touch-up hardscape — re-leveling pavers that have heaved over the years, refreshing polymeric sand in the joints, replacing the cracked flagstone on the side gate path. We do not pour concrete and we do not build new patios; we keep the ones you have looking new.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
