Chavez LawnCare is a small family operation — not a national franchise, not a route bought off a retiring landscaper. Grace runs the schedule, the quotes, and the billing. - Sí. Grace and the crew handle every conversation in English or Spanish — quote walk-throughs, scheduling, billing, the whole thing. Just let us know which is easier.
- Monthly billing on a flat rate works for most of our weekly customers. We invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine if you prefer it; one-time cleanups are billed when the job is done.
- Yes — those are three of our biggest neighborhoods, along with Litchfield Park and the older Goodyear streets near the ballpark. If you are inside the West Valley loop we are almost certainly already on your block on a regular day.
- Yes, fully insured. We are an Arizona LLC in good standing, registered since 2014. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA or property manager if they ask.
- We work in HOA neighborhoods every week and know the common rules — no work before 7am, no leaf-blowers on quiet hours, trash bins not visible from the street. If your HOA has a specific letter we should follow, send it over.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24–48 hours. Storm debris haul-out is part of regular service for weekly customers; bigger jobs (a downed mesquite, a fallen palm) we quote separately.
